Q – I was wondering if we can pay this monthly?

A – Yes, you can pay monthly by selecting either the “Monthly” option, or the “6 Monthly” options.

Q – Can I cancel any time?

A – Yes, you can cancel any time

Q – What is the weight of the package?

A – The weight of the package varies:

Monthly $36/mo – 400-500g
6 Monthly $32/mo – 500-600g
Yearly $28/mo (prepaid) – 600-700g

Q – What premium treats you get with the membership?

A – We will be adding something new to each month, but for example, the first month will be a mix of premium Roo Fillets, Liver, premium Roo Steak, Roo Chews, Roo Tendons.

Q – What options are there for two pets who are different weights?

A – During the checkout you’ll be able to select the dog size. Pick either size dog option, and in the notes (on the cart page) write that you have a small and a large dog. We will try to customise the pack as much as possible. Alternatively you could purchase 2 subscriptions.

Q – What if my dog doesn’t like some of the treats?

A – Just let us know which ones they don’t like and we’ll make a note for your next delivery to replace with something else.

Q – What if I decide the HPPA isnt right for me?

A – If for any reason you’re not happy with ANY aspect of your membership over the next 30 days, simply send us back the care pack and we’ll send you a prompt refund. No question asked.
